Working Across Generations

Frances Kuneuther from the Building Movement Project along with her co-authors have released an amazing publication,Working Across Generations. This book synthesizes the literature and research that address intergenerational leadership and the so-called leadership gap in the nonprofit sector. It identifies trends, tools, and observations to help move our sector forward with the issue of leadership across generations. Kunreuther and her team have once again been able to artfully address this topic and provide comprehensive information.

EDA Consulting is proud to announce that its research has been highlighted throughout the publication. You can learn more about Preparing the Path to Leadership (formerly Young Nonprofit Professionals Needed in the Nonprofit Sector) on the EDA Consutling website. You will also find on the website a comprehensive list of literature and web resources on the next gen issues in the nonprofit sector and philanthropic community.

As a part of EDA Consulting's expertise and training, intergenerational leadership, leadership development, and recruiting and retaining next gen staff are all available topics for consulting services. EDA Consulting also recommends consultants such as Sherri Petro and 21/64 who are engaged in training on intergenerational leadership through out the sectors - nonprofit, philanthropic, government, and private.
